FIELD TRIP TO WORLD FARM: LEARN – PLAY – GROW TOGETHER WITH VAUIS

A Day as Young Farmers – A Memorable Experience

On October 24th, VAUIS organized an exciting field trip to World Farm, where students had the chance to become “real farmers” for a day — exploring, discovering, and learning through hands-on experiences.

At World Farm, our students took part in a variety of fun and educational activities:

Survival Skills: Learning basic survival techniques such as tent-building, first aid, fire-making, and baking sweet potatoes — encouraging independence and self-confidence.

Water Teambuilding Games: Energetic and cooperative team activities that built teamwork, endurance, and friendship.

Popcorn Making: A fun cooking experience where students created their favorite snack while developing patience and creativity.

Succulent Planting: Learning how to plant and care for succulents, fostering love for nature and environmental awareness.

Educational Values Behind the Experience

Through this trip, VAUIS aims to provide students with meaningful lessons beyond the classroom:

Appreciation for Labor: Understanding the hard work of farmers and learning to value the food and resources we use every day.

Life Skills Development: Strengthening teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.

Physical and Mental Well-being: Outdoor activities encourage an active lifestyle, friendship, and school spirit.

Memories to Cherish

Despite the distance and the sun, VAUISers participated enthusiastically in every activity.
The trip to World Farm brought joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories — marking another meaningful milestone in their learning journey at VAUIS.
